Through SEO optimizations, a new custom-built web store, and a new sitemap structure, we managed to double Juizs’ SEO traffic in just one month.

In a highly competitive market, it is difficult to generate profitable revenue. Many competitors generate revenue, but are in fact merely “shuffling boxes.” Advertising on Google Shopping and/or Google Ads is only worthwhile for online stores aiming to generate profitable revenue if you achieve a 400–500% ROI. Juizs’ competitors almost certainly have a negative ROI, yet we at Juizs are able to compete effectively against them.
How can you solve this while remaining profitable? For example, by choosing a clear market position that isn’t price-oriented. Additionally, ensure your conversion rate increases so you get more out of each valuable visitor. Thanks to Juizs’ new custom-built web store, the conversion rate has increased by 50%. If advertising is expensive: get more out of your SEO search results. For Juizs, we doubled SEO traffic in just one month.
SEO Approach
Juizs’ old web store no longer met expectations. One of the reasons was the lackluster SEO results. The online store was very slow and did not function well on mobile devices. This had a negative impact on the conversion rate, and search engines did not always prioritize Juizs.
In addition, revenue from SEO also lagged due to a number of other issues. Starting in 2019, we achieved significant results with SEA and Google Shopping for Juizs, but SEO remained a persistent challenge. With the new online store we were building for them, we started from scratch:
- A fast online store that no longer has any technical issues.
- Internal link structure is well-organized and there are no 404 pages.
- Based on our keyword research: a completely new site structure.
In just one month, SEO traffic has doubled. This is partly because we are no longer on page 5 for a number of key keywords, nor in the top 5, but at number 1.
